What is Rig?
Rig is a link in bio page: one link that holds your music, videos, shop, socials and more, with design tools to make it look like you and analytics to see what's working.
How do I create my Rig?
Pick your handle on the home page and sign up with your email. Confirm your email, tell us a little about what you make, then add your first links.
Is Rig free?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever. Pro adds full audience analytics, removes the Rig badge and includes priority support. Compare plans.
Can I bring my Linktree over?
Yes. Paste your Linktree link and your name, bio, photo, links and social icons move to Rig. Switch from Linktree.
Links and blocks
How do I add a link?
Open Links in your dashboard and choose Add, or use Create in the sidebar. Paste any URL and it's added straight away with the page's title. You can rename it any time.
What are blocks?
Blocks add more than a link: countdowns, events with ticket links, opening hours, stats, text and a Live now banner for when you're streaming. They take on your page's design automatically.
Can I schedule a link or block?
Yes. Give any link or block a start time, an end time or both. It appears and disappears on its own, in your time zone.
How do I reorder or hide links?
Drag items into the order you want on the Links page. Switch a link off to hide it from your page without deleting it.
Design
How do I change how my page looks?
Open Design in your dashboard. Start from a preset, from the colours in your photo or from any colour, or press Shuffle. You can also click anything in the preview to jump straight to its settings.
Can I use a template from the website?
Yes. Choose Use this template on the Templates page. If you're signed in, it opens in your editor as a preview so you can save it or keep your current look.
Can I use my own photo or video as a background?
Yes. Choose Image or Video under Wallpaper in the Design page and upload your file. These are special features.
Analytics
Where do I see my numbers?
Your dashboard home shows views, visits, clicks and your click rate. The Analytics page goes deeper, with top links, countries and cities, devices, traffic sources, the best hours and a live globe.
What does the live globe show?
It shows people who are on your page right now, with their city, device and where they came from, so you can see which post is sending visitors.
Account and settings
Can I change my handle?
Yes, in Settings. Remember to update the link in your bios afterwards.
I forgot my password
Use Forgot password on the log in page and we'll email you a link to set a new one.
I didn't get my confirmation email
Check your spam and promotions folders. Emails can take a few minutes to arrive.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings and choose Delete account. This permanently removes your page and your data and can't be undone.
